Erstes Treffen im Rahmen des Leonardo da Vinci-Partnerschaftsprojektes "Europe Job Bank" an den Euro-Schulen in Halle
Die Euro-Schulen Halle beteiligen sich an dem internationalen Projekt „Europe Job Bank“ zusammen mit 10 Institutionen aus 8 europäischen Ländern (je 1 Institution aus Deutschland, Tschechien, Rumänien, Litauen, Italien, Spanien und Schottland und 3 Institutionen aus der Türkei). Ziel des Projektes ist es auf der Grundlage von Befragungen der wesentlichen Arbeits- und Ausbildungsmarktakteure (Unternehmer, Ausbilder und Auszubildende) einen Beitrag für eine praxisnähere Berufsausbildung zu leisten. 32 Teilnehmer am 1. Treffen der Partnerschaft am 21. und 22. September 2012 an den Euro-Schulen in Halle haben die Schwerpunkte zu der Befragung der Unternehmer diskutiert. Die Euro-Schulen Halle werden sich bei den Befragungen auf kaufmännische Berufe und Berufe in der Pflege konzentrieren. Hiermit wollen sie vor allem eine Verbesserung des Praxisbezugs ihrer Ausbildungsberufe (Wirtschaftsassistent, International Administration Manager und staatlich geprüfte Altenpfleger) auch unter internationalen Aspekten erreichen, um die Auszubildenden besser auf ihre berufliche Praxis vorbereiten zu können.Das nächste Treffen der Partnerschaft wird im Februar 2013 an einer Berufsbildungseinrichtung in Olomouc (Tschechische Republik) sein.
Start-up Meeting of the Leonardo da Vinci Partnership Project Europe Job Bank at the Euro-Schools in Halle
The Euro-Schools Halle take part in the international project “Europe Job Bank” together with 10 other institutions from 8 different European countries (one institution each from Germany, Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, Italy, Spain and Scotland as well as 3 participating institutions from Turkey).Based on several surveys of the main actors on the labour as well as education market (entrepreneurs, trainers and apprentices) the aim of the project is to make a contribution to a more practical vocational training. At their first partnership meeting at the Euro-Schools in Halle on September 21 and 22, 2012 32 participants discussed the core areas of the survey for entrepreneurs. The Euro-Schools Halle will put their main focus on commercial occupations as well as occupations in the field of geriatric and patient care. Their main target is to enhance the practical relevance of their vocational training courses in Business Administration, International Administration Management and certified care for the elderly also in an international context in order to better develop their trainees’ practical skills. The next meeting of the partnership will be held in a vocational training centre in Olomouc (Czech Republic) in February 2013.Photos and impressions of the start-up meeting in Halle (Saale)
